These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed through it with Pro Pane Tank Supply Co (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract forms when we confirm the order and the payment details in writing. We may decline or cancel an order — including after it is placed — where stock has gone, where a price or specification was published in error, where we cannot ship compliantly to the destination, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight unless expressly stated. Freight is added at checkout at $540 per tank for the contiguous US; access surcharges, where they apply, are quoted before payment. Prices may change without notice, but never after we have confirmed your order.

4. Payment

We accept Zelle, bank wire, Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay and cryptocurrency. All settle manually: your order is recorded as awaiting payment, we send the payment details with the invoice, and dispatch follows cleared funds. No card details are collected on this site. Cryptocurrency orders receive a 2% discount applied to the goods total at checkout; the crypto amount quoted is held for 30 minutes against the market rate.

Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 calendar days and the stock released.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for a carrier’s delay. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. You must inspect the vessel and record any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing — that record is what makes a freight claim possible, and without it a damage claim may not be recoverable.

6. Installation, compliance and intended use

We supply equipment; we do not install or commission it. All tanks must be installed, set and commissioned by a suitably licensed propane professional in accordance with NFPA 58 and all applicable federal, state and local codes. You are responsible for permits, setbacks, clearances and inspections at your site. We accept no liability for loss arising from installation or use that does not comply, or from use of a vessel for anything other than its rated purpose.

8. Warranty

New vessels carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass through. Certified used vessels are sold as inspected and pressure tested at the point of sale, with the documentation supplied; they carry no ongoing warranty. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, downtime, or the cost of alternative fuel supply.

10. Website content

Specifications, capacities and photographs are provided in good faith and as accurately as we can. Capacities are water capacities. Photographs of used vessels are of the class of unit and, where stated, of the specific unit; minor cosmetic variation is expected. Nothing on this site is engineering advice for your particular installation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
